What is a Medium?

A Medium is a person who, through focused development, has become sensitive to vibrations from the Spirit World and through whom intelligences in that world are able to convey messages and produce the phenomena of Spiritualism.

What is Spiritualism?

Spiritualism is the Science, Philosophy and Religion of continuous life, based upon the demonstrated fact of communication, by means of mediumship, with those who live in the Spirit World.

What happens in church?

Our service begins with a guided healing meditation and available energy touch hands on healing performed by our certified healers, followed by an inspirational lecture from one of our ministers then messages given to individuals by one of our certified mediums.

Is this about seeing ghosts and haunted houses?

No. While some mediums are clairvoyant, seeing spirit people and auras, our focus is on communication with the Spirit World for the purpose of spiritual growth. We will assist you in working with your own spiritual gifts to further your spiritual growth.

Will there be ouija board and a séance? 

No. We practice mental mediumship which is a more reliable form of spirit communication than the use of a ouija board that does not require a Medium. We do not practice séances during church services. 

What is the purpose? 

Our church services and classes exist for the purpose of helping you move forward through your spiritual journey and for providing a community to support your spiritual growth and development. 

What is a typical sermon? Is it like “regular” church? 

All of our lectures, what would be called a sermon in a traditional church, are messages from Spirit brought through inspired speaking via mediumship by one of our Ministers. The messages focus on topics for assisting you in your spiritual growth. We discuss topics similar to those heard in traditional religion with the understanding that we have been given from the Spirit World that gives a deeper understanding that we hope will help you to evolve in your spiritual journey. 

Can I still believe in God and Jesus?

Yes, of course. We believe in God, though as the all-pervading Source, the vibration of love, rather than God in the form of a being. We believe that Jesus was one of the greatest spiritual masters and use his life as an example for which we strive. Spiritualism has no dogma and people come to Spiritualism from all varieties of traditional backgrounds. 

Do I have to pay or do you do an offering? 

You do not have to pay to attend church services. An offering is taken on a voluntary basis.
